Little Kids Rule
I honestly thought you guys would know what this would be. But I guess because it's been a decent while this has pawned away from interest. Oh well. I present to you another Pokemon Center Tournament and my second hosting of one. Cheers!
Rules: Per every tourney, there will be rules. I expect you to read them and hold them in regard throughout the tournament. You break these rules, and you'll be out. Simple as that.
1. Matches will be played on Shoddy Battle on Doug's CAP Server, since it hosts Little Cup.
2. Standard rules / clauses of Little Cup apply (Evasion Clause, Sleep Clause, Freeze Clause, OHKO Clause, Self-KO Clause, Species Clause)
2a. Timed Battle rule is optional.
2b. Item Clause is off.
3. Pokemon in Little Cup must be able to evolve, be the lowest stage of evolution in its evolution chain, be at level 5.
3a. The following Pokemon are banned from Little Cup - Scyther, Sneasel, Yanma, Tangela, Misdreavus, Meditite, Murkrow
3aI. Deepseatooth is banned on Clamperl.
3b. Pokémon in Little Cup can use (nearly) any move available to them at Level 5. All non-genderless Pokemon can use their level-up moves, and genderless Pokemon can use any 3rd generation level-up move in conjunction with any TMs.

4. Matches throughout the tournament will be single elimination, best 2-out-of-3. The finals for semifinals and finals will be best 3-out-of-5.
4a. When you are setup with your opponent. Please do your best to get your matches done as fast as possible. If one player is inactive without reasoning / excuse for over a week after the setup match they'll automatically lose the set. No questions asked.
5. After the matches are finished BOTH players must post the score (P1: Lose 1-2, P2: Win 2-1, etc.) to verify.
6. If you miss / do not show up for two consecutive matches (without a valid reason) I will eliminate you from the tournament. No crying, no questions asked.
7. To ensure you have read the rules (or simply glanced at this one), at the beginning of your registration post include "Tery is ____" and complete it with an adjective, verb, what have you.
If anyone is found breaking the rules they'd simply be disqualified. And I'll have Spire eat them. Alive. With salt.
