the first four (*edit I didn't see barrel blast, so i'm not including that) are the only ones I'll really miss. but I'll live cus the rest of the soundtrack is amazing
If they cut something like the DP Wild Battle theme despite being a Smash 4 remix, there might still be a few cuts somewhere that no one's noticed yet as well.
I wonder if the Mario Paint Medley is selectable for the Mario Maker stage.
While I really love that Crocodile Cacophony is in, I don't know which stage I should have be K.Rool's home stage. I'm reserving 75m or Kongo Jungle for Donkey Kong's home stage. I was thinking of Jungle Japes being Diddy's and Kongo Falls being K.Rool's.
With Wrath of the Reset Bomb out, I'll be using Destroyed Skyworld as the primary track for the Reset Bomb stage.
In addition to the original Wrath of the Reset Bomb, Dark Pit (not Dark Pit's Theme) is also not returning from the 3DS. Both of them were ports from Uprising and exactly 5 minutes long, only playable on Smash Run so it's not a surprise they were cut.
I guess that's what happens when you give the composers the choice for what songs they want to remix. To be fair, most of these songs are WAY better than a lot of Smah 4's remixes. I feel there was more passion put into the remixes when the composer gets something they love to work with.

Damn, I was hoping they'd port the original Lament of Innocence, it's perfect the way it is. One of my favorite Castlevania songs. But let's see how the remix will turn out.

I was just compiling that too. We're connected by these profile pics :v Anyway, some odd choices right there. Shame that the only representation of Mario Party we have is 9 and Island Tour. Ice Ice Outpost is a veeeery odd choice seeing how many amazing songs the MK8 OST have. I like that they included Mario Tennis Aces songs though. More Sakuraba is always great.
I thought it was a strange choice too, but when I watched a Smash demo match with the song playing, it fit surprisingly well. It's lighthearted but fast tempo fits the franticness of a Smash match.
