Here's the scenario:
1. You're any character. (I've only tested with Marth)
2. Your opponent is a Level 9 Bowser.
3. You're on Final Destination. (Other stages may work, idk)

During the first few seconds of the match, JUST STAND STILL. All the Bowser does is move a single inch, THEN SPAMS FIRE OVER AND OVER! And, after those first 10-15 seconds, while you're fighting it, he only uses fire, f-smash, down special, and grabs.

Discuss how ******** the Level 9 Bowser is.

Level 1 is a much better sandbag for practicing tech skill and combos. Level 9 Bowser the most worthless thing ever.
Lvl 1 doesn't DI except when constantly juggled, lvl 9 DI's everything towards the stage.

Lvl 9 cpu are combo food. But then again, they are both worthless as nobody doesnt DI at all or DI's everything towards the stage.

I feel like I should know this, but I'm not confidently coming up with an answer. Does anyone know what attack(s) in melee most reliably always send your foe straight upward (besides upthrows -- I want something repeatable, not based on just timing or spacing). Might make a demo video quickly showing different CPU DIs.

For reasons unknown, the AI Bowser in my game LOVES to Bowser Bomb cancel when he is on Pipes in All-Star mode.

doesn't peach dtilt depend on the spacing? and when you say ic fair you mean sopo?

what about ganon fsmash? or does that depend on the hitbox?

Level 9 Bowser is one of the easier level 9's, especially since he spams Fire Breath, and is not known for using his shield a lot; makes Fox's work easier, considering his Blaster. Just jump when he uses Fire Breath, and attack from above. Afterwards, attack quickly, and Bowser is a sitting duck.

The main things to be aware of with level 9 Bowser is his grabs. As long as you deliver fast attacks, he won't be able to pull off a grab attempt.

Wow.

Thank you for explaining how to defeat the ultimate power that is level 9 Bowser. I can finally succeed.
