Romeo & Juliet exceptions refer to minors who are on either side of the AOC border, though. And I guess there might be some for say couples who get together at 14 and 17 and stay on together until and after the 17 year-old turns adult. AOC in Canada is 14 for example, but you won't see any 25 year olds dating 14 year-olds. ......not legally anyway.
