I was actually trying to comment on it too.

You aren't a bad artist at all either. You just gotta stop doing things that aren't necessary.
The way you did the bg was pretty cool but sometimes it's just better to draw the bg out instead of using textures. (Trust me, I'm no fan of drawing backgrounds). The textures were a bit too distracting.

I also draw myself along with other stuff. :D

Thanks Rizen! Yea I know link is the hardest. I've used him since 64 ahaha
But I wanted to get into the more competitive stuff on brawl and for the past few days I was just lurking to learn Link stuff.
My school had a brawl tournament and I came in 3rd out of 20 with the stuff I learned here aha : )
But I still wanna get better. Oh and I'll keep the sig in mind

I wouldn't go as far as dead and resurrected. AiB's in cardiac arrest and SWF's condition has improved but it's still at the hospital.

I haven't used AiB in such a long time.

The reason why I migrated to smashboards is because AiB ladder matches contained nothing but MKs and whatnot. Plus I don't like playing on wifi. lol

Did they leave the smash scene completely? Like they never play the game anymore? Because I would expect that if you were among the top players and went to lots of tournaments you wouldn't just disappear... Well I wouldn't know because I lived in a place where there were no tournaments lol

^Sasook got tired of Smash, Deva quit because money and life stuff, Legan said he might pick up Link again but that's all I've heard, I think Mr.R and ALSM still use Link in tourneys occasionally, Afro might be semi-active, LinkWearsGreen posted recently then disappeared again, Arkive quit a long time ago because character imbalance, Aura posted on AiB for a little while then disappeared, Lootic lurks on rare occasion, Wafflez and IshbeenAwesome disappeared along time ago, K9 uses Falco/Snake, you know the few remaining people who still post on AiB, X and catepukee might go to tournaments and still rep Link on wifi, most people just drifted away. A few other good wifi Links are still around like Unknown, TriforceOSM, Scizor, Me, I think others like IFS might be active too. Scabe's still around, IDK what happened to Red Ryu. And of course the Links posting here are around.

I personally don't see how you guys can continue to play Wifi.

I'm sure it's not a big problem though, but I can't go back to wifi. It's just so bad for me. lol I'm too used to playing offline.

I can't believe I forgot Ano! He went to do missionary work helping rebuild some place that had be hit by a natural disaster, I can't remember the details. It was supposed to be 2 years so he might be back soon.

Yeah the only reason why I'm still sorta in the smash community is because of college.

I met up with some smash players at my first tournament that I went to and I've learned stuff from them. I don't regularly compete in tourneys (most of the time I just do friendlies) but I learn with each match I play.

Pretty good Link, but he kept Dairing/using the spin attack too much.
Not to mention he got ledgehogged just because he daired off the stage. lol

Good uses of Fair though. I need to implement it into my gameplay more.

I use Link for low tier events, although in my region there hasn't been one in so long, but I still play the character; I woudn't say I'm rusty with Link, but I don't use him in tournament anymore (barring low tier events of course).

Haha I've started learning to player better characters for if I ever go to tournaments as well... Whatever happened to people like Blubba, MooCow, Cyner, and Shieryu? It's weird how all the people that are gone were the ones that contributed the most and seemed to have the most fun out of all of us. I'm glad at least a couple of familiar faces are still around.

I like this guy, he's got a really fresh style, he does things that I haven't really seen before, like his use of fair and dair as a pogo.

His Link is pretty good =O, i always think that Fair is good, and he use it pretty well =O.

He used the Dair for edguegard, but i think the Nair is more safe, and he use the Bup too many times, generally, we will punish HARD after that xD.

This guy's lucky that TLink was a very passive player who didn't know how to punish. He has good DI and a good sense of Link's movement but he spaces too close and took tons of unnecessary risks.

Japanese link sooo guuuuuud. Refreshing and original playstyle, wish I saw more mindgames/baits from him. he's got more techskill than me from what I see tho. Pretty Inspiring stuff

Sorry I wasn't able to get any replays saved at the regional I just went to. I placed 17th\ out of 79 but only went link once in pools against a decent player and once in bracket against player1's diddy, I gottem down to last stock mid percents but he turned the camp on and played hit confirm diddy and I knew I was screwed. Ill try to get some mm's or good friendly matches up soon tho. I also noticed People still flip when they get bombfootstooled tho and I find that hilarious.

Yeah whenever I do it against my friends, they go nuts.
But it's one of the only few good things that Link has.

Also, I can't wait to see those matches man. I've been waiting to see your Link in action again. :D
