Most of them are in Ubers. Have you done a head count lately? Not counting Giratina-O (even though it is much different and should still be counted, imo), the count is 7 Ubers to 5 OU or lower. They've basically weeded out all the dragons that centralized the metagame. Bar Salamence, of course.

Intriguingly enough, I think Scizor's usage could fall with Latias now gone. Maybe not a lot, but at least a bit. Well, unless Mence usage skyrockets or something. It's just that a lot of things that benefit from Latias' riddance are things that Scizor doesn't really like.
Dragonite really isn't used because Mence outclasses him, it's not that he doesn't have sweeping potential. I actually think he's even more versatile than Mence due to his huge movepool and bulk. Plus, he can do exactly what Mence does that might make him uber. He won't Draco as hard but he'll be **** close.

I don't because they'll never ban Blissey.And to the people who do play by Smogon's rules and are concerned about their teams being ruined, you really shouldn't. The D/P/PLT/HG/SS era is coming to an end soon, and W/B will be released with a new meta game. So don't feel bad.
