Focus less on the weight and more on the measurements, but yeah the general idea of being healthier and looking better is always a good thing.
form fitting/good cut =/= super tight.
Yes my stomach isn't absolutely perfect. Zero ****s given.
For measurments sake I started at:
Waist 46 inches
Hips 48 inches
forget my measurments for neck/forearm/thighs/wrist.
Currently at:
waist 30
hips 36
wrist 6
forearm 9
neck 11

just measured my lower body for jean fitting purposes and thought i'd share for lulz
waist - 29.5"
thigh - 19"
knee - 14"
inseam - 27"

I think I'm at 25 or 26 (iirc.....havent done measurements in a year or so) and I'm pretty average size for my height (5'5"), so 26 isn't too insane for her height xD good luck Mizuki
