Basically everything is covered with a thin layer of ice, even the tiniest branches of the trees.

its pretty cold here, but not cold enough for snow. its what i affectionately call 'annoying cold'.

I made green tea cookies last night! <3 They came out great, but cause it was night time when I made them, the lighting was crap. They're actually more of a light green colour! Need to buy heart shaped cookie cutters for next time...<3

And went for lunch with Cao at what I think is now one of my FAVOURITE cafes in Melbourne.

I am TOTALLY in LOVE with the tea cosy. Wub it so much. <3

Where I live we got almost 2 feet of snow over like 2 days. It was kinda funny because everyone was complaining that there was "No snow for christmas" then it just blanketed everything and people started wishing for spring.

I love being American but the fact that some of us can't be satisfied with anything astounds me.

Frown, nice pics. Ice storms are gorgeous but they can be a pain in the ***. In high school Maine had this gigantic ice storm... we lost power for almost 2 weeks. Had like 2 1/2 weeks off from school... it was nuts.
