Alright so i was playing on NWC Team Battles and some idiot put the smash ball item appearance rate on high, so there were like 3 in a 2min game. So, i would just get the smash ball almost all the time by Up+B=ing right next to it. The starting lag's fire would weaken it and some how i got all the other spins to just chain onto the smashball, which lead to Falco getting it in one go .... somehow..

On to the interesting part...
Obviously most people, when just re-spawned, will just stay on top of the floating respawn point and wait for the smash to end. I was bored so i just went up using the jets. Apparently, after a few seconds on the platform, they can change ... platforms! So i would just wait for them to respawn and fly the landmaster up causing a vertical KO.

Of course they were probably like wtf, and tried to use Aerial DI to get away but surprisingly, they failed epically soo much i got 4 kills in one finalsmash. After that round, i would put smash ball apearance rate on high and probably my teammate would of too. Anyway, can anyone explain how

1. Up+B can get all its hits on the smash ball without losing it
2. Exactly how respawn points work.
3. Finally, how you use your landmaster

You're only allowed on the respawn platform for a set amount of time. After that, you drop. In this case, onto the Landmaster.

LOL smash ball...

If smash ball was allowed. falco would be the best character.
And theres a time limit to how long a person can stay on the respawning platform so you can manage two kills with one smash ball by killing them off the top.
And with the up b its probably something similar to that of pikachu's down b. It gets the smash ball if all hits connect...

I agree with gunmaster, and Falco does have the best Landmaster.
