We enjoy Brawl more then Melee. Even though Melee is a fun game, Brawl just seemed to fit me more personally.

I played Melee on and off for 5 years until I started to play it competitively in mid 06. When I heard brawl was coming out in 07 I was hyped to jump into the new game after so many years of Melee.

Once Brawl came out I was all over it and won the first EC brawl tourney ever. Afterwards I stuck with brawl and personally found it more fun since competitive fighters have too many combos for my taste. Also gimping was rediculous in Melee. I won sets from such bs sometimes lol!

Plus the Melee scene in NJ is pretty dead besides random regionals. Ever since Woz and I dropped Melee the area got destroyed

Melee was really cool looking and fun to play, but it got old for me.
