I've been able to consistently use rollout as a kill move against people who don't know what the **** going on and is terribly afraid of rollout. Anybody with a cool head and knows a little bit about rollout jumps, counter, or sheild grabs it. I'd say, if you plan on playing in a tournament, don't rely on it.
