i've been watching a lot of SC2 vids and i don't know who the hell i'd play.
terran seems like they'd be more comfortable for me because of C&C but protoss have cooler units lol.

All the races are equally fun in my opinion. I just play zerg because it's more satisfying when you gain a lead and have tons of map control compared to the one or two terran/protoss expansions trying bunk up and survive in their base. Terran can float though :D

As much as I want to go, I can't really swing it due to distance and cost without letting my parents know. They definitely won't approve since they have problems with pretty much everything I do involving traveling some sort of distance that doesn't involve home. I'm also pretty sure that I've got some stupid school **** coming up during that time as well.
I'm going to try to make it to some tournament eventually though, but it has be a little closer than Illinois. :\
We need like a monthly or something in KC. lol

Hey, i thought i would come on here and introduce myself real quick to my fellow regional smashers. Im lethality i play MELEE not brawl and i live in the Raymore, Missouri area. Im just looking for the chance to play, have fun, and improve my game so i figured this would be the best place to do it. I mainly play peach, puff, and marth. I sometimes will occasionally play doc (mainly in teams). Many of you know my brother (xbombr) who has basically been my practice partner since 01 when the game came out. We arent very good practice partners anymore because we are both so far in each others heads now that we already know what each other is going to do before it happens, thats why i am hoping to find new competition. Hope to play soon.

Would anyone be interested in a smashfest at my place in Raymore next Friday night at like 5:00 -> whenever Jace's arms/fingers fall off? Between me and my brother, we're like 1 melee disk shy of 3 set ups. I really want to play some games, but can't really go to anything since I won't be going on Thursday and I'm going to my bro's robotics competition on Saturday.
If people are interested I'll be happy to host and post the details.
Besides, what could a little extra practice for SMYM hurt?

I sorta figured it was an off day for a reason. That's why I tried to give more notice in case anyone did want to smash on Friday. My parents were totally cool with us using the basement. Idk... If people aren't busy and want to smash then just let me know. Anyone and everyone is more than welcome to come over in any event since I've already gotten the ok. Like I said, I'll post details if anyone is interested.
I'm about an hour and 15/30 mins away from Pyro's aunt's when I'm in Maryville, so that isn't too bad. When I'm home it's only about 30-35 mins, which is sweet, but I'm not home very often anymore. There's a possibility I could come on Saturday.

And yes PC I agree I need to get some more practice in the next few weeks, I'm just waiting for my new controller to come in (the white one I always used was actually Charlie's and I gave it back) so maybe next weeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkkk
