Is there any tips for jiggly vs. kirby since I keep on getting *****... 16 losses in a row ;(

The main thing is that d-tilt and dair are just too abusive. ANy tips for avoiding such gay moves?

Well, I'm a really good Jigglypuff player online. Kirby is really gay, out of all the characters you play against with Jigglypuff, this is when u need to be the gayest. None of the combos will work on Kirby. And I hate it when players give me bad rep from seeing my jigglypuff play against kirby. You have to spam the d air move and follow with a u tilt rest. I used to do that against all characters but now I've leared to actually combo with other moves. KIRBY on the other hand, I still have to fight that same gay way which I really really hate doing. Cause it gets boring. Same with Jigglypuff dittos. Btw, don't use B up at all. You can't ledge cancel it so don't do it. I know you don't want to use gay moves. But Against kirby, thats all you've got. No matter how much u hate it, that the only way your going to win against Kirby. If u really want to avoid this gay move spamming, be another character against kirby.

Kirby is actually one of Jiggly's better matchups.

1. Combo, combo, combo. Learn every combo there is to learn with Jiggs. The easiest ones are utilt chains and uair chains.
2. Camp. Be a little ***** camper.
3. Watch out for shield break combos.
4. Make sure you know your edgegame. Most of Kirby's usual edgeguarding techniques don't work on Jiggs because she can stall somewhat. Find ways of getting around Kirby's edgeguard tactics. Also, learn how to edgeguard Kirby. Remember, his up B sucks. Use that to your advantage.
5. Platform games are fun. This kinda ties in with #2.

And to answer your specific questions (dair, dtilt)

Dair: tech out of it.
Dtilt: Don't go for the ledge.

Just time out all your hits really well. You can't really play aggressive because most (if not all) of kirbys moves have more range and/or more priority. Just kind of wait for your moment, and then launch a starter (grab/dair or maybe even a fair) If you don't have jiggly vs kirby combos pretty much perfect though you will probably lose the match. When you finally get a chance to hit him with a combo starter it has to get rid of one of his stocks.

A place called Cucamonga or something..
Nair and Pound are bestest
Nair has beastly range and combining it with a short hop will put you over that horrid d-tilt!! And I <3 to pound Kirby when he's trying to edgeguard you, just don't let him get above you. Also my favorite combo is u-throw, double jump then u-air, u-air, u-air, rest. My brother's 2ndary is Kirby and he thinks the match up is unfair lol GL:p

WEll, doesn't kirby's nair have longer range???

The u-throw thing doesn't work that well, they float too much and can retaliate... :(

I would say that Kirby would slightly beat Jigglypuff. Although I once did a match of a Lvl 9 Kirby vs. a Lvl9 Jigglypuff and I can't believe that Jigglypuff was the winner!

jiggly puff is just a really bad version of kirby. jiggly puff wouldnt be half bad if it could live past 60 % and didnt automatically die when its bubble breaks, what would they put that in the game?

I go with Neph XD. I would personally use Samus since she can pressure people. A good Samus can get rid of Kirby with the dair to bair combo. Just don't get caught in any of Kirby's moves. Charge and fire ya lazers and use lotsa bombs. Against a kirby, it's best to out perform your opponent with mindgames. And don't get too close to Kirby. Use Link or Samus. Plus, it doesn't hurt to get good with those chars, just look at Dre's sexi combo vid, got me going crazy over Samus. Now, I use Samus to sandbag or counter pick other peeps chars. xD

I main Kirby myself and my roommate mains jiggs and he does really well against me I noticed what he does is he does the d-air grab u-air to rest. That works really well, he also does some basic d-air to u-tilt to rest combos which also work wonders.

It all depends on your skill lvl and what your strategies are. A good kirby can beat a jiggs and a good jiggs can beat a kirby. Even though jiggs has that sexi combo against kirby, which is his bread n' butter, you guys forgot that there is still DI XD. Using a keyboard, you can escape jiggs combos easily, just watch out for the usmash. What gives kirby the advantage is that he doesn't need to combo to kill you, which jiggs is highly reliant on. So you can kill jiggs without worrying bout her DI'ing outta your moves. Just do a fsmash or dair. Plus, for some odd reason, DI'ing outta jiggs dair is really effective while DI'ing outta kirby's dair is just not as effective because of it's power and spikage, there aren't as much DI frames in it. Plus, Kirby's got the broken hitboxes while Jiggs doesn't. This is all in my opinion guys, so don't worry. It all just comes down to skill and strategies/mindgames.

You don't need to DI out of Kirby's dair--just tech it. Kirby's dair combos are ineffective against Jiggs.

Eh... I'm chatting with a few friends on gmail.

You can tech out of it before the attack ends. Here's a scenario of what would probably happen:
Kirby uses dair -> Jiggly techs -> Kirby's dair hasn't ended yet -> Jiggly starts a utilt chain into rest combo.

So Kirby's dair doesn't work against Jiggs. Best strategy for Kirby for this matchup would be to, like you said, spam broken hitbox moves--fair, bair, and nair.

lawl, I already knew that kirby's dair wouldn't end for him to tech chase....just wanted to see how you would reply XD. Anywho, yup you're right. Just remember that they both have a way to escape eachother's combos. Jiggs can't do an utilt because he techs either right or left. So, he would be to far to do the utilt. Also, Kirby will be done his dair by now so he could prolly run away. But it really doesn't matter. They both can **** eachother. Anywho, I didn't introduce myself yet. I'm Thomas, nice to meet ya! I've been a guest on this site for a year and decided I should just sign up. So I finally did XD, took me long enough!

Just go with what Dapuffter said, its the best advice here >_> basicly youll have to bait them in and hook those Dair- Tilt rests.. (note both Kirby and Puff have killer combos agesnt each other so bys leave the talking untill you actually knwo what your talking about ...)
