I didn`t realize we were 0 to -2 until after. The original rule had a "if there is no one else in available" clause. Does that still apply?

Ok. Sure. So does the match count or not?
In my mind, the points are irrelevant. They are merely placeholders for whether or not you advance or drop Tiers. Eliminate the point requirement for matches, allow for more ranked competition, or explain a reasonable justification for keeping it, i.e. what does it add to the Rankings to force point level matches?
