January 9th - Pakman's Quesadilla Pound Practice SmashFest

January 9th is the Saturday before Pound and also happens to be the day before my quarter centennial birthday celebration.



Come celebrate me getting closer to Death!!!!




So to take a page from DJNintendo's book, I am going to hold a smashfest at my house.

But this is no ordinary fest.

I will be making Quesadillas for my guests. Yes, Prog, they are better then Qdoba's. It will also cover drinks for people. I am going to charge $5 at the door because quality this good isn't cheap. Any leftover money will be put into a winner-take-all singles tournament.

I have 3 CRT TV's, 1 HDTV, 1 cube, 1 wii, 1 PS3 and 1 XBOX.

Anyway, I am announcing this early so I can get a decent amount of people to show up. I can house people if they are traveling from a distance. It is very important that I get a decent estimate of people so I get enough food, drinks and supplies.

I might need a few more setups if people have them.

Public Trans from Philly:
Fast option

Get on the R3 Media Elwyn train (Make sure it is NOT going towards West Trenton).
Get off at Media
Call me and I will get someone to pick you up.

TehSpammerer Option (Cheaper and slower)

Get two tokens (4 for round trip)
Get on the Blue Line Subway towards 69th street.
Get off at 69th street
Get on the 101 Trolley and get of at Bowling Green in Media (Make sure the trolley goes there. Sometimes they have express trolleys that don't go that far)
Call me and I will get someone to pick you up.

Scar can sort of attest to the awesomeness of pakman quesodillas. He wasn't feeling well before the only time he ate them. (They didn't make him sick I swear!)

Chinatown bus into Philly. R3 regional rail to Media (Make sure you get on the MEDIA/ELWYN line and not the West Trenton line). Call me when you get off and I will make sure you get picked up.

I guess if you don't want my delicious food I can reduce it to $3. The stuff to make it is expensive and I want to encourage people to eat the quesadillas rather than going out.

BTW the ingredients I am going to use are:
White Flour tortillas.
Seasoned precooked chicken in either fajita or taco seasoning (I want to try some cayenne pepper too)
Various cheeses
Coconut Oil (very healthy as far as oils go) or olive oil
Green Peppers (optional)
tomatoes (optional)
Jalipenos (optional)
onions (optional)
black beans (optional)

Yeah I use Coconut Oil. Stuff is like infinitely better then other oils. It has some of the same stuff as breast milk which you basically can't find in other foods. It is expensive but it lasts awhile.

You would have to be pretty hungry to eat 3, they are pretty filling. I will probably get a small assortment of chips too.

You bring the strobe light, black lights, glow sticks and music and I will provide the speaker system.

I cooked with coconut oil recently. It's good. Funny how it's melting point is so high, lol. I prefer extra virgin olive oil, though.

im going regardless if im going to P4. if i ride septa il just bring a cube, but if i get a ride il bring a tv.
