I just looked them up. They're pretty huge. Top 5 selling girl groups. 30.9 million sales, they fall just behind Spice Girls, TLC, Destiny's Child, and Bananarama. They beat girl bands like Speed, En Vogue, and *****cat Dolls.

Oh, goodness. I didn't know that song by name, but I looked it up just now and realized it was some tripe my previous ex used to listen to. She even made up a ridiculous dance for it.

I hope those Miis are preloaded in the game as the Multi-Man 100 so I can obliterate them all twice each.

interesting. personally not a fan, but people love AKB here (not really the side groups, but the main group is always a big hit as their recent-ish single, "Koisuru Fortune Cookie" proved once again).

i hope this sparks a lot of public interest because it feels like nobody i talk to intends to buy the 3DS version (odd given how much people love portable games here). i keep trying to convince my coworkers to get it so that i can crush them...

AKB48 is a idol group in Japan with tons of members (I believe they started with 48) and they put on concerts on a regular (if not daily) basis while switching out between the A/B/C/ and so on groups they have the girls split up in. Yes, Sugar Rush was composed and preformed by one of these groups. Don't quote me on this because I am just going off what little I have heard about them, but they are a huge sensation in Japan.

So I've been asking some AKB fans, they assume it's just because we had Ice-T, Elijah, and Abe...i guess they got their own Mii trailer then.

Their Mii trailer in the Japanese Digital Event had 1 or 2 Japanese Celebrities as well.

His down taunt is the kick, isnt it? And thats been shown on a PotD (KOing Kirby, may I add)

Up taunt is all of the different poses, side taunt is the 'soldier' pose, and down taunt is the kick. So Death Stare in the up taunt maybe?
