I saw the FAQ and compared it to one of the links, and their lists were completely different. Would anyone like to clarify for me?

Actully they really need to come up with a worldwide "definite" list. (Atleast for North America since the japense just play dreamland and FD)

Ive seen way weird stuff from: coneria on double random, battlefeild Fountain and Yoshis not neutreal, big blue/Depths not banned great bay not banned. Lots more

I think only the flat zone and the IC stage should be banned

It varies by tournament, but what has already been stated is mostly true.
