I think the SJSU/SFSU biweeklies might be closer, but I'm not sure. You should check their threads. The Sac Biweekly V will fall on the 28th.

link is low tier. Low tier counts as everyone in low / bottom tier, and when they did the tiers again a few months ago or whatever, link got bumped down to low. He's the top of low tier, with luigi right below him.
