Final Smash: Judgment
Four Venus Djinn appear around Isaac on a plane parallel to the ground. They shoot up into the sky as balls of light, summoning Judgment. Isaac vanishes and Judgment fires down at the position the former was at when the FS was activated. Characters who were between the Djinn and Isaac are instantly KO'd, bearing the main blast of the attack, while everyone else must try to avoid the resultant shockwave, which causes higher damage and knockback the closer the character is to the main blast. Isaac then reappears at the position he vanished from.
Grab: Catch
A giant Psynergy hand grabs an enemy up to about the same distance as Link's hookshot extends and brings them to Isaac, where a second hand awaits.
Pummel: Slap
The waiting hand slaps the enemy while the Catch hand holds said enemy.
Throw Up: Lift
The two hands hold the enemy between them and violently toss the enemy upwards.
Throw Down: Pound
The Catch hand disappears, then the second hand makes a fist and slams itself down onto the enemy.
Throw Forward: Force
The Catch hand disappears, then the second hand makes a fist and quickly punches the enemy forwards.
Throw Backward: Carry
The two hands hold the enemy between them and violently toss the enemy behind Isaac.
Get-up Attack: Thorn
Large thorns jut out of the ground around Isaac, causing mostly horizontal, but some vertical, knockback.
Ledge Attack: Sol Blade's Purgatory
A cylinder of plasma erupts a short distance from the ledge, following which Isaac hops up onto the stage.
Dash Attack: Sol Blade's Radiant Fire
Isaac performs a running slash that causes crossing rings of plasma to erupt from the point of impact.
Standard Attack: Sword Slash
Just a slash of the Sol Blade.
Repeated Standard Attack: Sol Blade's Centurion
Nearly identical to Link's old repeated standard attack, Isaac stabs the enemy repeatedly. A sort of "wind" effect accompanies the stabs in the direction of the sword's motion.
Tilt Up: Punji
Bamboo stalks erupt from the ground right in front of Isaac, causing vertical knockback.
Tilt Down: Growth
Thorny vines appear right in front of Isaac and tear into his enemies. Has low vertical knockback.
Tilt Forward: Flint
Isaac jumps forward, pauses very briefly in the air while Flint appears near the Sol Blade, and comes back down, dealing a blow with high diagonal knockback.
Air Up: Gunpowder Bomb
Produces a small explosion on impact. Functions almost exactly like Link's bombs. Fairly weak.
Air Down: Trident of Ankohl
Isaac thrusts a trident downwards. Medium damage, miniscule knockback, but huge shield damage. Fairly significant startup lag.
Air Neutral: Oil Drop
A wall of flame moves from Isaac's front to his rear, then disappears.
Air Forward: Weasel's Claw
A low-knockback move that shoots several purple crescents in front of Isaac, harassing anyone in front of him.
Air Backward: Crystal Powder
A large ball of ice falls diagonally downward from above Isaac's head, crashing into whomever is directly behind him. Similar knockback to Ganondorf's back-air.
Special Neutral: Move/Grip
A large Psynergy hand appears at the end of Isaac's grab range and moves forward, pushing anyone it contacts. At any time, B may be pressed to use Grip, which holds the enemy and flings Isaac toward them, where he can use A to perform a slash of his sword before touching down. When used off-stage, this move acts like a tether recovery, but with no visible tether line, grabbing the ledge and pulling Isaac toward it.
Special Up: Sol Blade's Megiddo
Isaac leaps a considerable distance straight up, his sword glowing with heat. At the apex, he has the option to go into free fall, to tap the special button to swing his searing blade downward (causes steep knockback diagonally downwards), or to hold the special button for a moment to bat a "small" Megiddo projectile at a steep downward angle in front of him.
Special Down: Spire
On the ground, a stone spire materializes in the air in front of Isaac and drops straight down. In the air, the spire materializes beneath his feet. He can materialize 2-3 sequentially before needing to touch down on the stage again. He hops from spire to spire with the typical Golden Sun hop and sound effect.
Special Forward: Odyssey
With the first press of B, Isaac holds his hand in front of him, palm out. At this point, the player has a window in which to press B again, which would cause a small energy sword to pierce the air in front of him. If it hits an enemy, the enemy is caught, but can quickly escape in the manner of escaping from a grab. Another press of B manifests another small sword, and will either definitively trap the enemy or, if the first sword didn't connect, weakly trap the enemy in the manner of the first sword. With the enemy trapped, a final press of the button will manifest a giant horizontal energy blade that rams into the enemy. If the enemy managed to escape at any point, the final stage of the move will not be realized.
Smash Up: Gaia
Isaac sweeps a hand, at waist height, from in front of him to behind him, causing the ground to crack open and rocks to burst up from within. This happens as his hand moves, meaning the first hitbox is in front of Isaac and the last is behind him. It progresses in a wave-like motion.
Smash Down: Quake
Columns of earth jut up around Isaac. If uncharged, this does low damage, but can trip at its periphery. If charged, the columns cause signficant vertical knockback, being more intense the closer the enemy is to Isaac.
Smash Forward: Ragnarok
Isaac slashes downward in front of him simultaneously with a giant energy blade passing by and piercing the ground in front of him. If used judiciously near ledges, the tip of the sword can cause a spike in its direction of motion at its final position.
Shield: Psynergy shell
A dome of Psynergy envelopes Isaac. Looks nearly identical to normal Smash Bros. shields.
Dodge Spot: Normal spot dodge
Dodge Air: Normal air dodge
Roll Forward: Cloak
Isaac becomes invisible except for an outline and moves behind his opponent.
Roll Backward: Sand
Isaac becomes sand, relocates backwards a few feet, and reconstitutes.
Taunt Up: Item Get
Isaac does the Item Get animation from Golden Sun with the Mars Star, and the Item Get music plays.
Taunt Down: Smile
Isaac faces the screen as a smiling emoji appears above his head.
Taunt Side: Venus Power Increases
Isaac adopts the stance he would after a summon completes, and light emanates from beneath his feet as the appropriate sound effect plays.
