The episode 9 makes it dubious who the character is, while episode 10 seems to hint at Isaac just because of the GBA hint alone.

The Golden Sun 4-Koma Gag Battle is a self-published Japanese manga (doujinshi) released on December 10, 2001 in Japan as part of the Hi no Tama Game Comic Series, published by Kobunsha. It is an unofficial work that is not formally endorsed by Camelot Software Planning but is published and sold for profit by the manga artists nonetheless; while from a Western standpoint this would be illegal, from the Japanese standpoint the doujinshi industry in general is widespread and generally accepted, and any legal action by companies whose characters and fictional properties are being used without their formal permission is uncommon. It was published four months after Golden Sun's August 1, 2001 Japanese release date. Since Golden Sun: The Lost Age was released 10 months after the first game, the 4-Koma only features characters and references from the first game, and thus Piers, Karst and Agatio are noticeably absent.

Snake, Ridley and Rayman are popular but not as popular as people, or their supporters, think.
Most everyone else just has a cult following, some bigger and/or more vocal than others.

Yea the website was full of nonsense and I loved it.

Apparently the writer grew up and found those too childish to keep -_- One of the sections I liked is when Saturos and Menardi used to torture Alex as payback for what he did x D

Well guys, after closer inspection to smashified, it seems the character #9 is BOMBERMAN.(bomberman has a red scarf )
and.......im not even mad since Bomberman is one of my top 10 most wanted characters. (he's been on almost every Nintendo device, even on the virtual boy)
THAT is the the type of 3rd party that i like,not any of that indie fangame nonesense.

But don't worry, im sure Isaac is still beign worked on while we talk.

I don't know why either, i think it is because of the "fanservice" quote that we are rerating Isaac since he's one of the most wanted characters by fans.As of now, he has 106 nominations.

No. WatchMojo are complete ****.
They release way too many top tens basically every day meaning they scrape the bottom of the barrel half the time.
