Thanks. I'm glad he signed it. I was hunting through my massive pictures folder for an image yesterday, and browsed over that one. I immediately thought "this would be perfect", but I had no idea who made it.

Wut? I have no idea what your sentence means? Smashified is an art series that ArtsyOmni (the guy with the Rayman leak) made in which he makes "Smashified" renditions of characters that are requested. It gives some of the characters popularity. We want Isaac because
1. More exposure
2. It'd look cool.

The only thing aside from poularity that could matter is (in my opinion) moveset potential and representation.
For me it's something like this:
-Moveset poteniail>popularity>representation IMO

I fail to see any negatives for Isaac, aside from lack of recognotition to the casual player (and rencency, but i don't think recency is really that important).

Isaac has been seen as one of the newcomers that has the most potential:
-Having the ability to use earth based abilities like earthquakes,vines,rocks, beign basically a magic earthbender.
-Many people like to see new franchises getting represented via playable character (this also applies to the Inklings and Chibi Robo)
-If the ballot is a suggestion rather than a popularity contest, the 2 things i mentioned above give Isaac, at the very least, a very decent shot.

Again, how would Sakurai find it hard to do Isaac justice in Smash. All he needs is rock/earth based moves. Aint that hard.
