Its technically a new game. And its not releasing until 2016; we're probably getting quite a few new characters in the game later on. Its got all DLC characters, but the characters are transferable to Wii U last we saw (wasn't confirmed in the Digital Event). And the Wii U roster is divisible by three. I think its technically a new game, even though at first look its just a port.I think Blast Ball is part of the spin-off... but if not it wasn't revealed during the Direct.
And neither was HW 3DS due to the leak... and even if we count it... it's still not a new game, it's a port.
Practically, the only game that caught me by surprise was the Mario & Luigi x Paper Mario Cross Over game (in a good way that is).I think Blast Ball is part of the spin-off... but if not it wasn't revealed during the Direct.

I certainly didn't see any kind of sign that it was Camelot, and you'd think they would have shown it, but who knows?Do we know ATM if it's confirmed to be developed by Camelot? I don't think so?
Well... until I see some changes that clearly marks it as a new game and not just a port with a little bit of extra content I'm still going to treat it like a port...Its technically a new game. Yeah... but by the time this one releases the cycle will probably be back at the point where there will be a new console to develop yet another Tennis and Golf game for...I'm quite positive that Camelot is developing the game, as they have developed most Mario golf and Tennis games. But remember that there were 6 sports games between Lost Age and Dark Dawn.
Metroid Hunters fans might like the Galactic Federations Metroid game.Who did get what they were looking for? Paper Mario fans?
Even they didn't get the supposed Wii U title that was coming...
I'm kind of on the fence with that game. I do like Mario & Luigi (although I prefer the earlier games) but recently Paper Mario has been turning me off. I really was hoping for a classic styled Paper Mario with partners.Who did get what they were looking for? Paper Mario fans?

Nobody got anything in terms of Smash Brothers at E3.I meant in the context of Smash...
Yes, but the Nintendo Treehouse is still going on.So, E3 is officially over now?
Still waiting for this.Seems like Camelot is going the Rare/Microsoft route with Nintendo. Sports titles. Actually, I half-expected them to include Isaac in the Mario Tennis game.
Play the GBA game.Wasn't expecting a new Golden Sun, but seriously? Blitzball Metroid? Animal Crossing Sims? And I thought we already had a tennis. But if this IS Camelot making this, then a HD Golden Sun could be possible.
And its still possible we could get something GS related, Codename STEAM was announced later in the week, not at the event last year.
Still waiting for this.

The Force Psynergy sprite animations are even used in it.Play the GBA game.
Seriously, it's Golden Sun Tennis featuring Mario characters at the very send.
...well they could if they re-used the 3ds engine and had help with the HD assets...I just want confirmation that Mario Tennis Wii U is by Camelot, then I can cry...
Then again, I'm not sure how it can be. The game is launching this year. Not only has Camelot stated they can't do HD games, this is only a year after they did Mario Tennis: World Tour... But I have little hope otherwise...
The engine would need to be rebuilt for the Wii U. Unless Nintendo added an easy way to port engines between versions....well they could if they re-used the 3ds engine and had help with the HD assets...
Seriously? At which part?By the way, did a Treehouse Live presenter really tease another dlc character earlier?
Don't read much into it.By the way, did a Treehouse Live presenter really tease another dlc character earlier?
Someone at the King K. Rool support Thread mentioned something was said at the Star Fox Zero Treehouse gameplay segment.Seriously? At which part?
It was while they were playing Star Fox. Some woman said something along the lines that there's a Smash Bros character that she can't talk about yet.Seriously? At which part?
Actually no, the Krystal thread is bashing SFZ for another reason, that its basically SF 64. They want story telling (They should seriously know that Nintendo isn't the best at story telling) and new gameplay. You can keep supporting Krystal, just stay away from the thread. Support whatever character you like.I was already pissed off by the fact that there's no Golden Sun 4 in sight and now those of the Krystal support thread are bashing on SFZ (which was close to the only thing I loved from this Digital Event) just because there is no Krystal in that game. Like, seriously, that is straight off insanity. They became haters of their beloved franchise just because of a character absence. Disgusting. I think I'll officially stop supporting Krystal for Sm4sh from now on. Nintendo's loss at this year's E3 was demoralizing enough not to hear those fools break what's already smashed to pieces - my mood.
(sorry for the bad English)

The dream is dead. Not that I expected anything less.
We could get it eventually, not anytime soon though. I mean look we got Mother. That's pretty freaking amazing.http://e3.nintendo.com/games/wiiu/mario-tennis-ultra-smash/
