Don't worry so much. It is not possible. Definitely not.

Golden Sun is definitely bigger than the tons of other series that are included in the game as trophies. I can see Nintendo trying to make Golden Sun a big thing again, especially now that they are saying that they will work more with 2nd and 3rd parties to make more games. Example: 2nd party Camelot!

I can foresee a 'golden' sunrise.

Probably something like "Earth Shaker" or "Earth Shaking Adept".

Although the Punch Out titles are a bit hit and miss in my opinion, so he might not get a catchy title.

As long as he doesn't get something incredibly lame and/or completely missing the point like "Scoundrel with a Fart of Gold", he'll be okay. "The Earth Shaker" is fine by me.

Probably something more like "Golden Venus Adapt" or something. That's probably the best I can think of, honestly.


Mega Man would've been epic with "Super Fighting Robot," but honestly, I can understand why that wasn't used because it was from the original anime's English opening. Blue Bomber probably does make more sense.

Also if Isaac is DLC I hope his title on the Punch Out stage is "The Golden Adept" or "Warrior of Vale" at least something close to that. I'm honestly scared of what it could be seeing as a LOT of the other character titles or terrible/missed opportunities.

What in the world are you talking about?

The only hope for more characters is by DLC, by the way. If there were really Wii U exclusive characters that could be transferred to the 3DS version I can't imagine that fact wouldn't have been revealed already.

I officially put that small hope to rest when they said nothing about it in the Wii U version "Direct" and revealed Mewtwo as DLC.

So I decided to mess around with the CSS a bit. Assuming that it doesn't change size, we should get 6 other DLC characters + Mewtwo, who is already confirmed.

Also if Isaac is in the game, and Matthew is an alt, his Punch out title should be "The Rising Son"...because he's Isaac's son... /everyone boos/

Yes, it is nerve wreaking, but in a way, it can be exciting. Depending on how you look at it of course. To me, it just keeps us on our toes and coming together to discuss about Isaac.

I am starting to wonder where N3ON is as well. Then again, N3ON is probably on vacation or busy with other things at the moment. But we'll most likely speculate. Haha!

If I may state something about Norfair having GoldenSun's song, it makes sense to keep it there not only because it was there before in Brawl, but the stage itself has lava. Like Mars Lighthouse did in TLA. The song works for it honestly, even though it shouldn't belong there.

One of those is defiantly for Mii fighters, leaving us with 5 + Mewtwo. I would take a guess on it looking something like this (really asides from Mewtwo and Miis any of those squares could be anyone (unless they were Waluigi'd, Chrom'd or Ridley'd) and go anywhere. In fact Mewtwo's location is hardly set in stone either)

Yea that's why we just got a reveal for duck hunt while the game had been out almost a month. I'm not saying I have hard proof of anything just too many coincidences. I understand not everyone knew but there's no way people haven't been talkin smash. I see so many people doubting it when it's a big possibility seeing as we have an embargo out for what trophies, stages, items??? Cool stuff in the game but who cares we want characters and I think they are being hidden until release

As far as I'm concerned hope for playable Isaac in the basic game went out the window with the 50-fact direct, but hope for Isaac as DLC definitely lives on for as long as we don't see him in any other role (minus a trophy).

Actually, the thing is, if there ARE Wii U exclusive AT's, GameExplain probably won't show them. They follow the embargos.


That said... yeah, others have broken the embargos, and we have heard nothing about Wii U exclusive AT's at all. Honestly at this point I don't expect any.

Isaac still wouldn't cause any problems as a 3DS AT, though, so it still doesn't make much sense for him to be Wii U exclusive, though...
