Is it possible for a tool to clear out all nops in a file?

Whenever you clear a line in Smash Attacks, it leaves an invisible nop, from what I hear, or at least something similar. This can cause some file space issues for some characters, so I was curious if anyone has considered making a tool (or addition to PSA) that simply wipes out any nops and can actually clear some space out.

I'm sure this has been considered and such, I just don't have my normal person to talk about that with.

First off, it makes FADEF00Ds. Second off, you would need to rebuild the entire file from scratch rebuilding all offset pointers, etc and structure. Cleaning the file is very difficult, and recommend rebuilding the file from scratch or using character pac injections to remove a limit.
