i dunno about moveset, but fs would be somethin' like isaac summonin' judgment.

I would have to give my opponent a false sense of security, so I'd be pretty small.
Up B: Aether (electric damage)
Side B: Skull slice (jumps far to the side and does a powerful slash)
Down B: Meteor Rain (A large meteor comes from the sky and crashes against you)
Standard B: Explosion (Charges up electric power, then releases)
Final Smash: Omega Meteor Rain (Like PK starstorm, except Meteors for fire damage, and lots of it)

Basically, I'd be half broken.
I move fast, but the sword takes awhile to swing.
Not too long, but about Link long.

BV: Giant Explosion around myself. Charging too high does damage to myself.

FS: Everyone loses control of their character and their characters suicide.

I forgot my taunts and A attacks....
Taunt up: Ike's taunt
Taunt side: Prepare yourself
Taunt down: Fox's melee CAM OWN

Smash up: Ike's smash, except with meteor power, in that when they get hit, they are sent back down, so I can chain them. Quits working at 350%.
Smash side: Ike's smash, except I leap, then come down with extreme PWNing force. Like a mini-aether, except WAY more powerful.
Down smash: Reverse Meteor. They come up from the ground and hurl into they sky. Then, they go to the opposite sides of the stage coming down.
Needless to say, they meteor anyone in the air.

Victory 1: I fight for my friends
Victory 2: Lucas's needle pull
Victory 3: YOU MUST RECOVER OR YOU'LL GET NO SYMPATHY FROM ME!

 

[Oi Kyon]

B: slashes sword to the ground, and sends a short beam that goes foward

I'd have a sword. Definitely. I'd have lightning fast attacks with a powerful twist of doing more damage under certain conditions like hitting an enemy with the tip of the sword. My movement would be pretty quick too, including running and major air resistance. That would be my ideal character.

My specials:

B: Shield Breaker (Marth's in Brawl) (allowing me to slightly dash forward in the air)
B + </> : Boomerang (Link's in Melee) (or something like throwing my sword and having it come back)
B + ^ : Final Cutter (Kirby's)
B + V : Counter (Roy's)
FS: Arkane Judgment (temporarily expel angelic wings to fly around and slash enemies at will with great strength and speed.)

Taunts:

V: : Feign a couple of sword slashes then sheath it and say " Who's next?"
</>:: Spin sword, Point it forward as if at an enemy, turn the blade and say " Let's go."
^: Brush cape back behind myself

Marth's Half Moon (Down + Attack in Air) Meteor Smash would be another move in my arsenal.

I'd probably wear Marth's white costume (like the one in my avatar), and I'd have blond stylish hair and something like a gold tiara with a gem on the forehead part around my head.

I'd wear a Cool Cape like the Doc'tah

B: LSD spam, pills that increase your chances to trip to 50% and do starting dmg of 6%
^B: You Must Recover, instantly teleports to the ledge, when below it, but does no damage to enemies
vB: Shamanic Medicine, cooks medecine in a pot, can be charged, the medecine can then be thrown at an opponent for a similar effect as the neutral B except 75% chance to trip, and higher damage and knockback, or it can be saved for later use similar to robs down B
>B: Falcon PuNCH!, ya thats right, i made it a side B move deal
FS: Vodoo: you gain control of the enemy chars for 8 seconds quickly tapping the B button damages them, while the character model holds a doll and pricks it with needles.
also all of his taunts can damage the enemy cuz he's just that bad ***,
