What if you unlocked all characters, trophies, stickers or should I say "everything" in SSBB?

Do you think people should get rewards for that? You suggest.

I suggest having Golden Edition characters which has increased speed, attack and defense, and can only be used in Melee (or Brawl) mode.

Considering it takes like a million years to get everything in melee, I think itd be nice to have a special reward for doing so.

Your suggestion reminds me alot of Devil May Cry, and how if you beat dante must die you could play as a god character. I kind of like it

It's an idea, but not one I like very much at all. Why would I want to work more to play with non-gimped (by comparison) characters? They'd either be banned from tournaments or required to compete in them, and it would just take more time playing against bad AI to achieve them.

I prefer to keep extras to cool easter eggs rather than completely game-impacting changes.

There could be something after unlocking everything, but it shouldn't be something that important. As stated, having a secret character or stage would be annoying, due to all that hassle. For instance, collecting all the trophies in Melee takes forever, since some of them have very difficult requirements. How many people wouldn't unlock Game & Watch because they didn't complete everything and get trophies like Sheriff or Diskun? Thus, if there is something at the end, it should just be something quaint that's not something that you overly have to strive for. =/

Ehh, if they did have that option it probably wouldn't be one of those things you have to wait until you get everything for. Plus i'd still rather no items. But let's not debate that here.

I'm all for a character to be unlocked after you unlock all the others or something, but collecting all the stickers and trophies would take forever since some of them you have to meet bizzare requirements.

how about the chance to play as a super secret character that's only acquired once everything is unlocked, i'll say Petey Piranha playable, or perhaps a new powerful pokemon could appear once this has been accomplished, but the increased stats thing is also a good idea

I was saying you could only use the "Golden Edition" characters in Multiplayer mode, excluding Tournaments and those Single-Player modes.

1.) you can put your own music for background music for the stages
2.) Debug Menu(I severely doubt it...)
3.) a 'Classic' mode were everyone is in their 8-bit/16-bit forms(depending on their first appearances)
4.) a retrospective video for each character...and maybe their franchise
5.) harder A.I so maybe level 10(I wish it can go to something like 20 but w/e)

Well, if it's all even, in other words, everyone is using a Golden character, it's fair. Granted I prefer simply using the normal versions, but ultimately it's not unbalanced.

Once you unlock everything you will then get a video of Sakurai and his staff doing a tournament each with a different character. That would be worth unlocking everything .

Wouldn't Better versions of fighters just be a glorified Handicap?

I think if 100% is acchieved there should be a great bonus for players dedicated enough, Maybe Music options, More alternate attires, Taunts, maybe even (though unlikely) a Boss mode like in Kirby Superstar in which you can choose to re fight adventure mode bosses that you have already played?
