Sorry it's been so long, but I think I come up with some good rules

- The amount of a person/character can have a alliance of is a max. of 3. So if Ike is allied with Pit and Meta, Meta Knight is allied with Pit and Ike, and so forth. They must all be in total agreement.

- No treaties. Let's face it, you will only delay the ownage as the list gets smaller. so instead of gunning for top 5 treaties, just freaking ally with someone.
