Red Hawk One
Smash Apprentice
Well, that's a Catch-22 alright. There is already a 100 cap limit if you read on page 18. However, it only takes effect when there are 20 or less smash characters in the game. After 3 more people are eliminated, Peach will automatically drop to the cap, 100. So unless you have lotsa friends, killing Peach wouldn't make much of a difference anyway.

Speaking of Catch-22's, a hundred-point cap could make victory impossible, or at the least screw up the rules.
Ex.
A-100
B-99
Given this situation, there are
1. Since A has 100 points, they cannot attack. However, if B attacks, they will go over 100 points, and cannot attack. Game ends in a stalemate.
2. Characters can still attack, but cannot heal after 100. So if A attacked, it would take points off B, but not heal, whereas If B attacked, it would heal to 100, but not over. This method, however, could lead to a stalemate as well, if both characters hover around 100, attacking back and forth.
3. Kill the point limit at a certain number (i.e. 5 characters), saving the confusion from the above situations.
