There is already a 100 cap limit if you read on page 18. However, it only takes effect when there are 20 or less smash characters in the game. after 3 more people are eliminated, Peach will automatically drop to the cap, 100. So unless you have lotsa friends, killing Peach wouldn't make much of a difference anyway.
