I most likely wont be able to go unless I'm real lucky. I'm hopefully leaving Monday for a big trip to and from Seattle, and I've got a lot of loose ends to tie up before then. I'll try though.

If i'm not mistaken an iron man, to a sense, is a 1 on 1 crew battle. But you use the entire roster.

Well, I am already doing an Ironman with Lee. I can do like 10 characters with other people if you want...For cash .

Also, we can have draft crews after the tourny if people want. It's super fun >_>.

I now have tripless brawl.

Thats right . YOU CANNOT TRIP ON MY WII . We will use my wii for the finals and other big matches.

Not only that, but I have no camera restrictions. So when you pause you can move it ANYWHERE. It's really cool.

ALSO!!!! I now have no limitations on my Stage builder. So I can do anything in SB . It's awesome.

Nothing is changed except for random trips. Bannanas and dtilts will still trip you.

I, of course, have a tripless Brawl as well. I will also have a version of Brawl that is modified. It will probably have Peach, Falcon, Samus, Jiggly, Ganon, and Diddy buffed. MK will be nerfed. I should have the hit stun increase done by then, and no landing lag from when you don't use a move (regular landing lag with no attacks).

Well, I guess I can see the no tripping mod becoming common in competitive play, but I don't know about the character buffs/nerfs. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for nuking the **** out of MK and Snake, I just can't see it becoming a tourney standard.

@Hylian: About what time do you want people to start arriving at your house?

I perfectly agree. The buffs/nerfs change wont become anything more than just to toy around on. Tripless brawl would be nice though.

We've got like a 13 page thread going on in the SBR and support is building for it. If I dedicate enough time to it to make it a worthwhile project, it can easily become popular.

But when I bring it to Hylian's it will be to just mess around on and let people try it out.

I'm not down with this console having trip disable, sorry (especially with small buff hacks floating around making it just as easy to access as disabling trip).
If possible, I'd like to avoid the hacked console at all cost.

I buffed his knockback slightly.

Both matches went to last stock high %. In the 2nd match, Delfino saved NL when he should have died around 50%, and M2K was spiked through the water at somewhere between 40-50%. He didn't **** by any means, and I'd bet 100 dollars that M2K will beat him next time they play. I remember when everyone thought DK ***** MK, then MK players learned the matchup and started destroying DKs. It's been the same for Snake, Falco, etc and it will be the same for Diddy.

You can look at the codes I have in it. There is nothing changed except tripping.

You can test it yourself Pozer .

Tripping is the stupidist thing ever, and it won't be in the finals of my tournament.

The no tripping code should only be used for finals. It should be considered a reward for getting so far to play on that Wii.

Also, don't hacks and mods go against the SBR rules? <_<

I'm sure it'll change though...still, tripping is the only thing that needs to be fixed since it affects everyone equally. Once you start going into character changes, where do you draw the line on what needs to be fixed? Should we buff everything for Peach and nerf all of Meta's moves? What about the middle tiers? It just wouldn't be fair for some characters to receive some buffs or nerfs without every character getting one. And even then, these "fair changes" would be completely decided by whoever is making the changes.

Yeah, Brawl is unbalanced, but just leave it the way it is. Except the tripping, get rid of that ****.

And don't add hitstun. Do we really need everyone playing Snake and using the first part of his ftilt over and over? <_<
