Nah man.
Mephilles gets props for being the only one to ever kill Sonic (someone was too slow and couldn't dodge the attack )
Perfect Chaos and Metal Sonic are decent villains as well.

If you need a variety of terrible characters it would be a good idea to include something besides villains.

• Terrormisu (Wario: Master of Disguise)
• Willie Wumpa Cheeks (Crash Tag Team Racing)
• Fatman (Metal Gear Solid 2)
• Parallax (the one from the Green Lantern movie)
• The Mandarin (The one from Iron Man 3, absolutely terrible villain compared to the comics)

That's a good idea! However, I like the awful/annoying/trash character idea a little more, so maybe we can have the Melee character battle royale next (after the terribad character HG of course).
