Why not, its not like you can expect to win the entire tournament. You have to adapt constantly during each match and maybe youll find new tactics you can use the next time you lose vs someone because generally losing tells you exactly what you need to work on.
i guess that's true, but im definitely capable of winning my weeklies everytime i go. i just need to find that part of my play that's missing that can push me to the next level. i'm just frustrated that i haven't been able to get there yet. no pain no gain i guess.

okay, so what's a better alternative for wanting to create a hitbox wall to keep your opponent out? reverse uair spam? bair?

i think isolating myself from the opponent when i need to is my main struggle. thoughts?

Best walls are FP uair, tipper jab, tipper ftilt (all 3 ftilts). Bair is more situational. AC bair is huge because in today's meta ppl still don't expect Ganon to be able to react that quickly. You have to take advantage of every avenue you have, and still people think that a sh aerial means free approach... The AC bair makes the tipper jab/ftilt so much easier. Pivots help an ungodly amount but no one is really good enough with dash pivot jab/ftilt to make opponents fear it. More incentive to get it down. Pivots have been then future for a while now.

I have this purple controller with a busted analog stick that makes pivoting incredibly easy. Unfortunately, it makes pivot ftilt incredibly hard.

You seemed hell bent on throwing out aerials especially the fair when Plum had a ton of space behind him to bait you to use it. Make sure you only attack in range.

You didnt get many grab setups either, no CC his nair into grab to stop him in his tracks to get your own techchases at all.
everytime i play falcon, CC is the first thing i think off before the match, but it never works when i try. maybe im doing it too late or something.

Probably, you should be able to punish nairs with CC at low % without getting knocked down. If you get a bit higher then you gotta play footsies a lot better, make sure to corner him first and challenge his moves from there. Thats generally how you beat campy Falcons. I played a bit with Gahtzu online as well, it was ridiculous.. lol. You have to utilize your wavedash and wavelands to adjust your spacing where he can threat you with an aerial. If then he does throw it out thats when you can stuff it. If you whiff anything you'll get hit hard.

Hey guys. I was messing around with wavelanding for a bit and I found a really easy way to time the jump after a perfect waveland to carry your momentum. If you hold shield while you're wavelanding and hold c-stick up, you'll buffer a jump out of shield and still maintain all momentum. Gotta be quick about it though or you'll upsmash instead. This is really useful for doing wavelands backwards cause you go farther out while going backwards, meaning you can kind of approach with bair at long distances lol or even use bair really far off stage. Give it a bash :)

Is Jab , JC Grab a thing? I'm trying to get better set ups for grabbing.
It is if you are able to anti-air with jab and they DI inside. You will be able to follow up with a JC grab and grab them out of the air. Thats a guaranteed setup at low %, usually works on floaties. You can also chain jab to ftilt and even downtilt if they get knocked back a bit further, both are true combos. If they DI away the jab, then usually you must follow up with a techchase because they will fall further back out of range of tilts.

It's ganon's bread and butter.

Here:
Jab --> grab
Ftilt --> grab (low percents and if they're DI'ing in; I like to Waveland in and catch their dash dance with ftilt. If they're dashing towards you, you can land the grab. Little known, but useful trick)
Stomp --> grab
Dsmash --> grab (sexy AF)
Side-b --> grab
Empty hop --> grab

My grab game is kinda weak, especially in unfamiliar matchups, but these are some good setups.

ganondorf players getting sponsored is a good thing.
I may have a surprise for you. Stay tuned in the next couple of months ;)

Jab to grab otherwise is not a true combo though, you have to set it up hoping they will shield when you come close to them. Its kinda like a conditioning setup after when youve done like jab to a move a lot before then.. if not its really hard to get it.

Yea, you're right. I guess what I'm saying is that it's just a really, really good and useful combo if it lands. The only time where it's guaranteed is what you said above, about them being in the air, or if they DI in. It also works very well if they're at low percents (even with no DI). It may not be guaranteed this way, but it's so quick that, in my experience at least, they don't know how to react to it.

For the record, jab can be CCed until a pretty high percent, so be careful about trying to jab hit confirm into something, as it doesn't become safe if your opponent CCes it and grabs you as a result (though maybe it pushes them back far enough?)

Also for the record, a lot of those porn websites are owned by the same company under YP, so you won't really be seeing much variation in terms of the names lol. Fun to poke at I suppose. I still ****ing hate porn though.
