How to defeat Sheik?!

I think a good strategie u can use is use a character with projectiles and fight with ur projectiles or u can just use good spacing and don't get grabbed into Sheik's chainthrows.

needles beat basically everything even lasers and sheik is as fast or faster than most of the cast why link can't win this match-up same for samus.

who are you going to camp with? Also not everyone in the game can camp my brother started camping very hard as faLCO BUT NOW i HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIS LASERS AS SHEIK and they're a joke. sorry for caps lock.

sheik can hit you with a needle before you can send out the projectile many times.

Then, I really don't have any good strategies to beat Sheik, sorry. I'll have to think of some.

I think being to far away to be safely hit by needles is the first step. and DD camp in sheik's face mindgames are good vs sheik like running nair right at sheik, reaction= f-tilt strong di back when you near sheik so sheik whiffs then you grab if another tilt CC to grab.

You could also try some edge guarding techniques, since her recovery aint as superior as some of the melee characters

4 counter picks, you could try dream land cause of the very small walls and since Sheik has a wall jump

U could even use a light weight like Puff so Sheik can't chainthrow

Also if you read his post he said he's not giving up on his mains (falcon+marth) so saying use puff isn't helpful, even though puff is good against sheik

Ok Stratocaster. Also for Marth mains, you could try spacing since Marth is all about the tip.

I think this thread is really devolving into repeating the same old, obvious answers. Saying things like "good spacing" "don't get hit" "don't get grabbed" "CC and punish" "yooz mindgayums" etc isn't good advice at all. That's just stating obvious things you want to do in ANY matchup using any character against any other character, and half of the posters are just repeating those things.

Yeah, we should make up some techniques ppl can use when there fighting Sheik with Marth or Falcon.

I think the Ken Combo would be a good combo to use on Sheik, cause of Sheik's only decent recovery (in NTSC only).

do you know why the ken combo works or how? If they di to live they get comboed if they di away (to death) then they aren't comboed why it's great.

My advice play as pichu vs sheik til you are going to murder them if you play another match go back to falcon and feel like God.

Lol. Z3RO HEAVEN = Teba, a Finnish Sheik mainer(or atleast used to be) xD. Not 100% sure, but his email address name is the same as Teba's real name so.... So if you really wanna help him, tell him how to play with Sheik instead.

Not quite... I've never played Sheik and I hate the whole character all the way. And why would I be asking things about characters with 2 accounts?? There's no sense to it! :DDD But if you wanna think that way then it's OK by me...
