No question he should be added, or referenced in some way. The inclusion of the Kremlings would be too big of a slap in the face to not have him join the party in SOME way.

So, why playable? It just seems pointless to me to remind people of his fantastic nature, and then rub it in by not making him playable

A couple of trophy appearances a few stickers and now the kermlings are enemys the enemys are a great hint for him being playable but however could mean boss as well
