As some others stated, some of the questions don't have anything to do with deciding 'neridness', IMO. "How many good friends do you have?".. that's just stupid when applying it in this situation. Nerds can be lonely, and they can have many, many D&D or convention friends. Non-nerds can have few or many friends as well.. so your number of friends has nothing to do with your level of nerdiness.
Also, as someone said, Math and Science skills to me define a geek, not a nerd. A nerd is someone that can recite game dialogue by heart, someone that collects games and obsesses over their history and maintaining their quality, not someone who got an A in Calculus.
