But either way, it doesn't matter. You don't really ask for these things.

I would had like to have said Magic but most people had said it, Bowser and Lythium are right, you really shouldn't be asking for these things but your best bet is Premium Membership (if its back).

If you ask for one respectively bug the admins about it, your chances of getting one are lower than those of the standard user. So I'd go so far to say that your chances of getting a custom title are pretty much 0 now.
