How can u edit the title screen for Brawl

or someone make a title screen of Brawl that says Brawl+ instead of Brawl
and anywhere else possible make it say Brawl+ instead of Brawl

I don't think its possible but I'm not sure, I only started getting into texture, music hacks about 4 days ago.

Its possible, but it would be annoying to use because using the File Replacement Code with vBrawl would cause the modified files to still be loaded.

Then just take out the screen when playing vbrawl.

Although I'd guess that the title screen has a massive amount of textures.

Not really. In fact, I'm working on it right now. Well I am replacing Handicao with Buffer atm (someone already did it, but not everything. I'm gonna make everything all "plussified".

wut. Do you even know how texture replacing works?

Yes, you can, but it will NOT work with the sdloader.
The textures are in brres 8 of sc_title_en.pac.

I think the best way to try and edit them is using the Smash Box (search for it on the forums) and looking through the common5 file, it has images relating to the menus and such (like the words, which you could replace). But I am not sure how people to actual menu hacks of color and such

Look at the folder called 'main', particularly 'main\menu'. Use a program like SmashBox to open the files and extract the textures you want to change. Modify them, and place them back into the same file. Place the modified files on an SD card, removing the '_en' part from the name (look at the sticky post on how to do this). I'm not sure if this would work with the File Replacer 2.1 codes that come with Brawl+, but it's worth a shot. If not you can try 3.5.1 (or whatever is newest).

A person could completely remake all the menus if they wanted, but there are so many parts in so many files...
