LOL i really do Vorguen...but in all honesty i probably wont be able to. Just considering the drive is around 6 hours I would have to go with someone and it a be a pretty large tourney to warrant this. Im just giving thought to goin to more OoC tourney...u guys are too cool. San Antonio too.

All 3 of my normal gamecube controllers are now messed up :/ One has a sticky Z button, one has a sticky R button, and one has a messed up C-stick. If I could get myself used to using L instead of R then I'd have a good controller... but **** I wish it were possible to buy new CG controllers in stores now. My options are to either continue wearing these controllers out more, switch to one of my mini wireless controllers (ain't gunna happen), or use a Wiimote and Nunchuck and main Snake...

nothing is good when it comes to 3rd party and GCN controlers

KRD, you could ask someone who knows how to take apart controllers to fix them/replace the parts for you. I think there are several people in Houston that know how. Or at least find the right type of screwdriver...

Or you could order a controller online/try used ones at Gamestop.

The white controllers ones are good but cost about $30-40 bucks if you include shipping, unless you're lucky to find them cheaper elsewhere. D:

White Controller, including shipping and tax, is like 34-35$ I think. GC controllers new were usually $24.99 to $29.99, not including tax. I wouldn't mind paying even $10 shipping for a brand new GC controller from nintendo, especially since you can't find them at regular stores much anymore.

Sure, I wouldn't mind waiting until HOBO 17. The only controller I care about is the one that just recently had the Z button get a bit sticky, so I'm guessing it shouldn't be too hard to fix.

Edit edit: Oh yeah, would it also be possible to make my control stick less loose? It's annoying and makes it harder to do tilts.
