Okay, I wouldn't call any 2D charecter "hot" but I will admit I develop crushes, but these are more based on their personality and that personality reflecting real life attributes that I find attractive. This is my list

Energetic, not afraid to get dirty, not overtly feminine, short haired, in shape, passionate, an all around exciting person.

Intimidating, confident, intelligent, driven, simply stunning in every way.

In a word, barefoot.
