The one person who MAINS meta is one thing but the others who cant win with thier main and resort to meta is another. Nice try, my boy.
I think it's more common for me to be unable to win with Meta Knight and able to win with Snake or Ike more than the other way around because of how insanely good this region is against Meta Knight. Meta Knight hasn't taken first at anything here in singles in a very long time. He can't win.

I'm sure I can talk about Meta, and nothing will happen.

Who are you to say who we main?

I asked a question.

I don't think I'll be entering hobo singles till MK legal. I'll still be entering doubles since MK is allowed though.
Since Xyro went as far as declaring that even mutually agreed upon MK matches aren't allowed... I will probably be pursuing this course as well.

That is the only way to protest it to the point where Allan changes his mind. Damage his attendance. I hate to say anything bad about Allan because I like him a lot personally, but I still think banning MK is just not the way to go. I can't even remember the last time MK won singles in my region, and we have godlike MKs. >_>;

Sadly, I will not join the cause. I like using Ike and I have a very good Snake, so I'll still enter and be ok with it.

You guys are really going to go that far? Play for fun... Which is very easy to do without MK.
I don't know about everyone else but all I have ever played for was enjoyment. This is getting ridiculous, from both sides.

I play for fun... but I also like competition. I'm still entering everything else... and I go Ganon in 2/3 of everything else. Besides... play against Dojo's Kirby (extreme, yet legit, example) and tell me that's fun.

Let's DO it. We did this in Hawaii, it was ****ING AMAZING. Most matches lasted 30 seconds. We lost 3 stocks max b/c we killed ourselves three times trying to be greedy, haha.

Vex and I both have incredible Ganondorfs. I'm assuming yours is also good.

This will be fun. :)

I almost feel like quoting all the instances where "tyranny" (to use his quotes against him) led to rebellion... but there's too many and I'm too tired for that.

It's a proper and respectable form of action against Xyro's rules, and I like it because it limits the whining of why Xyro has such a different set of rules for HOBO.

However, I'm wondering if it'll have any effect at all. I mean, you're STILL paying the venue fee (so the venue isn't going to care), and there will be people entering tournaments regardless, so Xyro's goal of successfully running an event is still being met.

The only thing left to gauge is exactly how much Xyro cares to conform to the player's wants for a single event (1v1).

It'll be fun to watch.

So by not entering 1vs1 you people are hurting your PR rank(if you care), giving chances to others to win money in 1vs1(thanks!) and increasing doubles turnout(more cash to inui or dojo).

How does this hurt me? LOLOLOL. Either way you kids go, my events will still be fun and i will not sway from what i think is right. Your actions are only proving what ive been saying since this all began. Ive thought all this thru and i wont lose(like normal).

I love you Xyro. You reacted just as I felt like you would. Even if you don't think it'd mean much, you now have my infinite respect.

Giving others a chance to win money in 1v1? GG have you not seen results for every mk banned tourney you held? It's Razer followed by GNES lmfao it's the same 2 people we already know whos the best without MK it's pretty obvious. Allan you're to houston biased and if people are losing to random MK secondaries then it just shows how inexperience they are with that match up anybody who consider themselves somewhat competitive should not be losing to some random mk secondaries.

1st and 2nd may be taken but 3rd and 4th(oos bonus) will be easier to obtain for many people now.

but yet it happens.

puting all of this aside, having LARGE turnout for teams might be nice to see. The biggest ive seen it was at whobo. since then it really hasnt been too big.

That wasn't a very witty joke at all.

Vex, I can bet $5-10 that my Samus will do better against you than Xyro's. :)

It's easy to blow us off when it's just 3-4 of us.... but every movement starts off small.

Also, I've never cared about my PR position, and MK is Wario's hardest matchup, so there is no personal benefit to me in having him brought back... I have more personal issues with Luigi's legality.

I don't understand where you are getting this larger doubles turnout from. The same people who play doubles will continue to play doubles. The only change in attendance will occur in regular singles, where there will be fewer players participating due to your ban.

If anything, singles results will most likely stay the same (Razer, Gnes, Dojo, Lee) with payouts being lower, and doubles results will vary (like always) with payouts ranging around what they usually are.

Few entrants into singles =/= more entrants into doubles
