Inui...i would like some seriouslies at HOBO too. Im really lacking on meta matchup with dojo out of the picture and your level of matchup experience is far greater than mine. :)

Dphat gave me some good practice this weekend though. Yum yum.
Lord Knight has dubbed them "meanlies" so I prefer that name for them.

I think I suck against Diddy Kong now, so I'd love some practice myself.

I'll be at DugFinn's house, along with Vex, starting on the Wednesday morning before the tournament. I'll probably be free to practice the whole time.

Inui, I'll most likely come up to DF's on Friday before the tournament for a little bit, to practice some. But I'll leave if you'd like. :)

And doubles first? LOL get ready.

Doubles, singles, low tier singles, then low tier doubles is what Xyro told me. We WILL start on time, I promise. :)

You don't have to leave, lol... I'll get enough time alone with her outside of the tournament day. :p

Ooooo, more cash to win? I hope it doesn't hurt attendance. I'd just keep it at $5 since most people don't take low tiers very seriously. >_>;

Doubles should be the same price as singles regardless, in both events.

Vex7117 (10:47:10 PM): for
Vex7117 (10:47:12 PM): hobo
Sesshomaru010101 (10:47:19 PM): i think low tiers should be first
Sesshomaru010101 (10:47:22 PM): best way to make it bigger
Vex7117 (10:47:23 PM): i rather low tiers first
Vex7117 (10:47:23 PM): yes
Sesshomaru010101 (10:47:24 PM): oh well

I can drop low tier singles for this ONE event if you guys want. 5$ for 1vs1. im only doing it to counter act the increased price for 2vs2. what do u think?

and a side note: if i see meta being used in a 1vs1 tourney match. the meta player gets the loss. If both use meta. both will lose. I dont care about what u people think about metaknight anymore(i am a tyrant and you can just deal with it). Follow the rules. PERIOD

Its sad, the ONE person who suffers from this rules(dojo) is the one who WILL follow it without being reminded.

Allan, keep low tier singles. Just have singles and doubles prices be uniform for the events. $10 per person in singles and doubles, $5 per person in low tier singles and doubles. It's that simple.

As for the MK thing, I didn't use MK when people tried to let me at HOBO 18 and I'm an MK main. I know what you're talking about.

Ok ill keep the low tier stuff at 5 and the reg stuff at 10$. I just dont want to change something that has been working for 1.5 years cause if my turnout suffers, ill revert back to my old ways.

btw, thanks for following my rules though u were asked to break them, that means alot.

Nah. Bowser will live forever and up b out of shield whenever you touch him while I **** you guys. :)

To be honest, I don't really care if it is $5 or $10.
I would love for it to be $10 since I've never not won money in low tiers, but I know other people won't enter and would mind.

How is dropping the price of an event going to hurt your turnout? only 3 people are affected (the winners)

dropping the price encourages more people, you saw how some of us complained about teams when you raised it.

The only thing keeping teams at $5 says is "teams is worthless trash and worth 25% as much as singles, screw you if you like teams and are good at it, you do not matter."

Such complete disrespect for a main event...is intolerable. Teams and singles should always be the same price.
