Indeed. taunts have been very reliable lately. Luigi's taunt spike. Snake's box taunt. And several taunts that dodge projectiles and stuff.

Pikachus dtaunt is HIGHLY effective. my favorite thing to do is if i am teaming up with my rob friend, i dtaunt, and he sends a straight super laser. which misses cause of the taunt xD

I wasnt using Pikachu. But this one time, I used the taunt where he rolls on the ground, dodging an projectile.
And when i used Snake's box taunt, my opponents Ike was about to charged F-smash me, but the box stopped him.

if you use the luigi taunt with the foot with his final smash it is a guaranteed instant kill.
