I added a lot of people today. Like a lot. So within the next few weeks (Thanksgiving) I want to purge all inactive users or people who just signed up for the Pink Name. This means we have to go through everyone. If anyone can help me go through the list, please post here and I'll split up the room list between us.

I thought it was too wierd that I can post in the DH, I'll tell you that I'm one of those members that you made a mistake and made me a Smash Debater. I did want to be a Debater though, I just have to post a five paragraph of why should I be a debate right or am I suppose to do more?

I don't know sometimes I don't post in the debaters hall beacuse of the topics either I am bored of seeing them or they lack my intrests. Although I do read alot of topics that are posted here. I did not even know that there was anything special about it that people would do it just for a silly name.

I'll be sure to help out also. I've only been here for 1-2 days so I can't exactly say I know everyone who posts here often, but I'll look at the active members list often and scout for unfamiliar pink names...

Well keep in mind the many frequenters of the debate hall who do not have pink names, or have not yet changed their name to pink. Most of them though are mods, writers, and BRoomers. Still I would say we should have a look around recent posts that are not in pink.

It doesn't show up unless you go into the Control Panel and change it yourself. Otherwise, you just have to take notice to your usergroups and stuff.

I myself just realized I had Debater status in the last couple days :S.

How are you gonna check if a person is inactive? Are you gonna pm them, check for recent debate hall posts, etc?

I have a very good question, actually.

At what point do we determine seniority within the DH?(Number of years here, quality of posts, basic accumulation)

Cases like snex for example. He's a great debater, but his activity is beyond questionable.

I think we can come to some sort of consensus as to what constitutes DH seniority.

Some people are just no-brainers. I think in the case of Snex, his status shouldn't be revoked just because he hasn't been around in a while; I think forum-age and quality of posts should pretty much guarantee that you're allowed to stay.
