I love GGXX
it is one of the most balanced fighting games out there and probably the most technical

I'd love to get into it competitively

anyone else that loves GGXX should talk about it here cos dustloop has like one post related to australia.

I'm from Newcastle, NSW as some of you probably know and i really hope there are others in NSW that are sick of beating bots/dazza

i personally have GGAC so thats what game i'll be referencing most, this is mostly due to the fact i have it on wii so it isnt too inconvenient to take to melee tourneys :)
i've heard blazblue isnt that good, but i'll still buy it when it comes out on PS3 :)

this thread can be about anything arc systems related :)

there is no aus release for blazblu planned atm
enjoy waiting half a year if lucky, probably never getting it :)

KoF comes out 28th August here. I already have Blazblue, imported it....it's at least 8 different types of awesome.

Mine's a hori Fight stick 3. Works pretty well so far. I ordered BB off gamestop, got here 3 days after shipping. O.O

yeah, i ordered it, am expecting delivery today (hopefully) or monday (more likely)

and a fight stick, which i'm waiting to come back into stock

i could barely afford rent this week lol

has anyone played blazblue online? does it lag etc.

I've heard they're patching XII because online was so bad.

I need to buy that one aswell lol.

Blazblue online is great. While there's plenty of people out there who you'll get nasty lag against, most matches are quite playable.

Which is really saying something, considering it's against US people.

Heh, true, true. I main Tager, but I'm quite proficient with Taokaka and Litchi. And I also play some Ragna and Rachel. And I can play nu and hakumen somewhat decently.

So I play basically half the cast, they're all too awesome to just pick 1. >.>

Maybe I should go watch Ponyo before choosing another Melee main.

people who care about bb should be idling #couchwarriors on mergo
from about midnight to like 5 am theres always bb discussion about all the hardcore jazz like frame data, matchups and other stuff that requires a crapload of study

But really, I'm just speaking out of hurt cos I play Tager.
