After looking at grab releases at various characters I started looking at Ness & Lucas. Praticularly the Ground Releases. They have 10 extra frames on the ground release.
The first off, the higher the percent the further ness or lucas will break away from Falco. And lucas always breaks further away from Falco than ness does. Because of that, Falco has different combos he can try.
First off and probably the most important is a possibly a guranteed 0% to 60%-70% range on them. CG > Pummel spam (ground release) > Gatling Combo. I haven't proven this exactly, but it seems very likely to work. Need a little help confirming this.
Because we have 10 frames this means Falco can use other moves inbetween then such as Ftilt, Dash Attack, Upsmash?, and Shine.
From what I have tested so far, it seems that lucas at around 70% will have a near 100% trip rate from the shine, ness I got as early as 66%, but 80% was the range that I got for a near perfect 100% trip rate.
