I have started up a Super Metriod Run and it is my second attempt at beating the game. The first time I tried to play it I was 8~10ish years old so I do not remember much of it. I have to say it is the hardest 2D Metriod game I have played. (I have Played Zero Mission and Fusion in the past loved those games, the feeling Super Metriod gives me is a like a hellish version of Zero mission.)

Super Metroid isn't that hard, but the final boss fight is.

To me Super Metriod is harder than zero mission and fusion.

Too me (and this isn't retro at all), MP on Hypermode is the hardest of all time Metroid wise.
