It adds support for 4.2, about to test it, has the benefits of 1.9.1 and all that, it seems pretty awesome.

I tried to load the homebrew browser...but whenever I do, it has an update. so I try to update. but it keeps on having a -22 error or something like that. how do I fix this? O_O


I use homebrew browser to update this stuff usually, so can someone please help me?

Just don't press any buttons while its updating the Homebrew browser.

And you can do this manually.

And it was released yesterday, it likely isn't on Homebrew Browser yet...

EDITEDIT: wtf? since 1.9.2 and later, every time I add something to my sd card, it gets an "Exception! (DSI) Occurred!" Error. the next time I try to load up, it works.

I updated to 1.9.2 a week ago. Still, the main reason that I have it is to use my texture hacks with Brawl.

Actually 1.9.1 has loaded 2x as fast than any other GeckoOs version for me (loads the game once and codes are applied instantly (one series of clicks and the wii's game startup, not two)).

No idea why.

it was cut down to a single spin in 1.9.1 because the gecko dev realized it was unnecessary
but it was added in again in 1.9.2 for some reason (maybe just an early version of it, i think a revision might have fixed it)

Strange... with 1.9.2b & 1.9.3 I always end up with "Exception (DSI) occurred!" then a STACK/CODE Dump. Everything worked well with the previous version I was using.

Edit: I got it working after removing my gameconfig.txt, though now I have the 424 code limit again. Are there ways to bypass that with the newer gekko?

I used the original just the small gameconfig.txt, it seemed to work.

yeah the smaller gameconfig.txt (the one with only a couple of lines) works for me.

Nope. there's another gameconfig.txt that is a lot bigger (like 3x file size), and that's the one you don't want.

Yeah, I just use the bare minimum, it works for every Gecko OS and I'm guessing the other lines caused the code dump because the features were only partially implemented.
