Guitar Hero?

I hear that the amount of incredibly fast button pressing gets to almost absurd levels on harder difficulties.

Fixed for you.

Guilty Gear: AC is the best IMO because of its incredibly diverse range of technical skill you'll need to practice. ATs in blocking, attack, canceling, instant aerial sepcials, large combos, the diversity of the cast and their commands all together make Guilty Gear the biggest bundle of technical skill.

If you want to practice button execution, Shaq Fu is hell. If you're a slight input off, nope, nothing. If you can do your moves consistently in that game, then you have mastered execution.

Guitar hero then

The large amount of button pressing and synching the bar with the buttons gets insane on songs like Through the Fire and Flames, Guitar Hero's hardest song ever if you didn't know.

Guilty Gear can handle that too. No one, literally, has masterd GGXX:AC yet. The game's skill roof is off the charts.

but you dont use your thumbs in guitar hero
i feel like a ***** rejecting everyones advice but i actually appreciate it lol
If you have a PSP there's always DJ Max Portable.
It's a music rhythm game that's pretty hard. But if you do have a PSP, I dunno if you want to buy DJ Max just to train your thumbs.

Or you could get DJ Max for the computer. Maybe they'll let you use a pad.
I'm not sure since I haven't played any of the PC ones.

If you play any game in the puzzle league series, it can get quite ruff on your thumbs as far as button presses. Although you're gonna have to get pretty good before you start pressing really fast.

Edit - And if not that I totally agree with Crashic. Go play Guilty Gear. And make sure to main I-No. I guarantee you chemical love -> air dash will destroy your thumbs.

DragonBall Z Budokai 2.

You literally have to spin both analog sticks like a madman to do anything.
