Ninten didn't have any offensive psi-powers, so him being in Smash would probably lead to him being a really poor representation of his character. ... not that Ness and Lucas have accurate specials either, but at least they had attacks.

So... I guess Chrom replacing all the blue-haired swordlords. I'd... I'd definitely want alternate costumes of the other characters.

Barbara, she seems pretty interesting and she could have a musical moveset. Dr. Wright doesn't strike me as a character that could do much except raise buildings.

I think Isaac's Earth-based moveset would be more interesting than Shulk's less defined moveset. A lot of his techniques are fancy sword attacks, and we don't actually need that... besides, his weapon's portrayed length is really extreme and would be harder to incorporate faithfully.

Also, I just like Isaac more, there's always that.
