A brawl hack through something called the twilight hack using an SD card(lol an before a consonant) and a copy of Twilight Princess. works kind of like action replay and lets you screw around with the game and the characters and stuff. A moveswap is taking a character's moves and giving them to someone else and watching the hilarity that happens afterwards. In the case of giving Popo's moveset to a character, it gives them the appearance of Homestar Runner(I think). A partial size modifier can shrink or inflate part of a character's appearance. To get the thing that makes the Homestar Runner mouth(I think), you'd need to slightly change the size of the bottom half of a face so that it is larger than the upper half. But I probably know as much as you do about all this Twilight, Ocarina, USB Gecko stuff, so I may be incredibly wrong.

completely correct (popo's moveswap causes a permanent size for the bottom lip, causing various effects, which even including the lip being smaller, like below)
